Michiel Goethals and Mattias Van Mieghem, the design duo behind GRiNT, design unique pieces that radiate a certain youthful freshness and take every environment to the next level. Playful and innovative touches determine the atmosphere in a room, without dominating it. This also applies to the original trays they design for Serax. It is the result of the centuries-old search for a balance between graphics, materials and a passion for craftsmanship. Charles, the collection which owes its name to the famous French carpenter André-Charles Boulle, the duo’s source of inspiration, blends hot and cold, both in the use of colors and materials.
